How can I pay for my order?

  eMoto accepts MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro. 

We also accept cheques (good sent on clearance) and bank transfers, in addition we accept payment via PayPal (Please contact us for advice of how to pay with these methods).

How do I know whether you have a product in stock?

  We keep our site up-to-date and will tell you if we are out of stock or low on stock or have the product in stock. Popular products or products in short supply do go out of stock and there is a short delay before we can update the site. In the unlikely event that you are able to submit an order for a product that is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail and/or telephone to discuss.
 
What happens if you are out of stock of an item?

  In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered we will contact you by e-mail and/or telephone to suggest an alternative item or advise on delivery time for new stock to arrive.
 
How do I cancel or return my order?

[TOP]

  For online sales the following returns procedure applies under the "cooling off period". You as the consumer can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to seven days after delivery by:
  • emailing us at returns@emotouk.com
  • phoning us by using the contact tab at the top of the page
  • you must inform us of your final by writing, fax or email

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any). 

It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge you must bear the costs for the return postage, which must be recorded signed for and insured.

Our accounts department will reimburse the price of the goods within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation once the goods have been received at our offices.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

  • there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services.
  • the seal has been broken on any electronics; or
  • the goods were a special order to your specification.
  • business to business sales i.e. if you are purchasing on behalf of a business and are being billed to your business.

What is a pre-order product?

  Pre-order products are items/products that customers can pre-order in advance of their release date in to the market. These unique opportunities allow you to get your hands on high demand products as soon as they become available.

Wherever possible your pre-ordered item will be sent to you to arrive on the first day of the product release to the market.

How do I get my receipt?

  Your receipt will be emailed you once you place your order. Should you require a receipt please email us at sales@emotouk.com (there is no charge for sending out a paper receipt).

You should keep your receipt in a safe place, as you will need it in the unlikely event of a fault with your purchase or if you wish to cancel/return/exchange your purchase.

 
Will all my products be delivered together?

  We will try and deliver all similar items together. If you have ordered more than one item, they will normally be delivered together in one combined box, unless they are too bulky or too heavy in which case they will be delivered in separate boxes, but should still usually arrive on the same day.

You will know if we are sending more than one parcel by courier from the e-mail we send you.

Some international orders may be sent in individual packages, due to size and weight restrictions.

 
Can I have a product delivered outside the UK?

  Yes, the shopping basket will give you an option for international shipping. We ship worldwide!

My purchase is a gift for someone else can I send it directly to their house?
  Yes. The checkout stage of the shopping basket will ask for you billing address which relates to your card and will also provide an area for you to enter an alternative shipping address.
 
What methods of payment do you accept?

  eMoto accepts MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro. 

We also accept bank transfers, cheques, cash or postal orders and PayPal. If you wish to use one of these payment methods, please contact us.

 
Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet?

  Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.
When we send your receipt to you, we print only the first four & the last four digits of your credit card. In the unlikely event that the parcel is intercepted, your full card details will not be revealed.
